The terms and conditions of your purchase are contained in the Purchase Agreement, set forth below, and by continuing with the purchase; you are acknowledging and agreeing to each of the statements set before you. By checking that you have read the Terms of Conditions, which you are required to do as a condition of the purchase; you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to each of the terms of the Terms of Service and the further statements set below.
1. I understand that I am responsible for dropping off/shipping my bouquet to Pressed Petal’s Shop.
2. I understand that by purchasing my Pressed Petals piece, I give the artist creative liberty to design the bouquet frame how the artist believes will look best.
3. I understand that once the frame is sealed shut there are no changes that can be made, including frame color or material.
4. I understand that my bouquet will be worked with the condition that is received.
5. I understand that if my bouquet is deemed unworkable by Pressed Petals, the order will be canceled, and I will receive a refund.
6. I understand that not all flowers in my bouquet will be used due to thickness, flower condition, or lack of space in the frame.
7. I understand that during the preservation process, flowers do fade and will change color/shade and appearance. White flowers are more prone to browning.
8. I understand that my flowers are preserved naturally and may dull or lose pigment with age.
9. I understand that pendants will be used in the final piece and if they are dropped off with the bouquet they will not be used.
10. I understand that preserved flowers remaining after the design is completed will not be given back to me.
11. I understand that the turnaround time corresponding with my event date is subject to change due to various events that could delay Pressed Petals delicate preservation process.
12. I understand that Pressed Petals may design my bouquet in the frame size that would best fit the flowers provided if the frame size purchased is too large. I will be refunded the frame size difference and still will be sent an approval email.
13. I understand that if the frame is damaged due to mishandling of the frame after leaving the Pressed Petals shop, I will be responsible for purchasing another frame.
14. I understand that Pressed Petals is not responsible for the flowers during transit, if lost, damaged, or stolen.
15. I understand that Pressed Petals may send a return label up tp 114 days after the arrival of my frame t repair he item. If my frame is damaged due to the mishandling or other circumstances, I have an option for frame repair that varies in cost depending on the size of my frame.
16.I understand that my order cannot be shipped to me until all outstanding balances have been paid.
